Terms of use
These terms cover the Offly launcher and this website. They're short because the product is simple.
1. Agreement
By installing or using Offly you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use Offly. The launcher itself may be used by anyone able to agree to these terms, and a parent may enable kids mode for a child on the parent's device.
2. Offly is free
Offly does not charge users. There are no subscriptions, trials or in-app purchases. We may add or remove features, and we may stop offering Offly, with reasonable notice where we can give it.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Offly on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows), resell or use Offly to build a competing service. Offly, its name, mark and design are ours.
4. Using Offly responsibly
Offly changes your home screen and can pause apps. You're responsible for making sure it doesn't block something you need in an emergency: Offly never blocks the phone dialler, and emergency calls always work, but check your own rules before you rely on them. Offly is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it or on this website is medical advice.
5. Offly Space rewards
Offly Space, an optional rewards feature, is not part of this edition of Offly. Terms for it will be added here before it launches.
6. Partner businesses and the Merchant app
Not applicable in this edition.
7. Your content
Offly stores almost nothing of yours on our servers. Whatever you do send us (a support email, a bug report) you allow us to use to provide the service.
8. No warranty
Offly is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be error-free or that a rule will always hold. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000 or the equivalent.
9. Ending things
You can stop using Offly at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your access if you break these terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer where you live. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may also approach the relevant consumer commission.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Offly after that is acceptance.
